Description - This is a fabulous bangle, Circa 1960's - 70's from Hong Kong, often made for the tourist market 

The bangle is hinged  &    handmade from four pieces of curved jade, which have been capped in gold, they have a width of 8.00mm, &  greenish white & red brown in colour. 

The gold ends that cap the jade have been XRF tested & test as 13k gold, it is stamped for 14k.

The safety chain is in 11 carat gold.

The gold capped ends  feature what appears to be hand engraved bamboo each gold piece are finished with a fine zig zag framed edge.

The push in lounge clasp works as it should  for added security it has a 11 carat gold safety chain.

The internal diameter closed is 5.4cm, when fully opened it measures 81mm & the opening is 51mm

Due it being hinged it fits a small, medium wrist.

The bangle is in lovely condition & looks fabulous on the wrist.

Metal - XRF tested - 13k gold & safety chain - 11 carat gold.

This bangle does come with a valuation, which I personally believe is inflated at $6,500, from previous experience I would suggest the more realistic valuation would be in the vicinity of $3,800 - $4,200
