Description - A gorgeous vintage ring, Circa 1970's featuring a lovely rich purple Amethyst & a fabulous design .

The shank is crafted in 9ct solid yellow gold, stamped & tested & the six claws are in 9ct white gold.

Taking centre stage is set with a deep rich purple  oval cut amethyst measuring 7.89 x 6.15 1.20 carat approximately. The amethyst is six claw set in  white gold a sign of quality in a ring.

The mount is set  within a deep V shape & features lovely wide shoulders measuring 7.16mm at the top tapering off two 5.39mm to 3.00mm rear shank approx.

The shoulders have tiny diamond accents one either side which are set in white gold triangular shapes.

This really is a lovely ring, well made & has a substantial gold weight of 5.33 grams.

Fabulous 70's retro ring, in great condition looks excellent on the hand.
